These terms apply to your use of FunPlex at https://funplex.space and all games on it (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The Service
FunPlex is a free entertainment platform of browser games. We may add, change, pause or remove games and features at any time, with or without notice.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country to use online services without a parent's consent). If you are under 18, use the Service with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
3. Virtual currency and items
- Money, coins, points, skins and other items in the games are virtual, have no real-world value and cannot be bought, sold, traded or cashed out.
- High Stakes is play-money entertainment. It is not real-money gambling.
- We may adjust, reset or remove balances, items or progress at any time, for example for balance changes, bug fixes or abuse.
4. Your name and conduct
You choose a display name. It must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone, or contain personal information. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use abusive language in chat or names;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts that give an unfair advantage, or interfere with other players;
- attack, overload, scan, reverse engineer or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- spam or advertise, or break any law.
We use automatic filters and may change or remove names, mute or remove players, reset progress, or block access, without notice, if these rules are broken.
5. Accounts, guests and progress
- Guests can play without signing in, but get a random name, cannot change it, and nothing is saved: progress is deleted when you leave the page.
- Signing in with Google is optional. It saves your progress to your account and lets you choose your name. You are responsible for your Google account and for keeping your devices secure.
- You may not share, sell or transfer your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. We cannot always recover lost progress.
6. Our content
The games, graphics, code and design of the Service belong to the operator of FunPlex or its licensors. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be online, error-free or that progress will never be lost.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of virtual items or progress, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
